Lilabet Studios website design was outdated and needed help optimizing their SEO. We created a new website using Wix where content and new projects could easily be added and edited. The client requested that additional pages be added, interactive assets to enhance user engagement and aided in the increase in weekly client meetings. Working within a very small team, we completed this project in a short period of 6 weeks with 3 site revisions.
RESEARCH
Once the client chose their favourite design. Using Figma, I created a mock template and with placeholder text for the content guide helping the client with writing the official content for the website.
Additionally she provided multiple rounds of feedback on what she wanted to include to better communicate their services and expertise offerings.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
We used Figma to map out our information architecture. This process consists of organizing, structuring, and labelling content / pages to help easily find the correct information needed for site visitors, guiding them to relevant information & CTA's.
The goal of the site architecture was to create a user-friendly and intuitive system that makes it easy for users to find what they're looking for and accomplish their goals.
USER JOURNEY MAPS
We requested the client to provide a business overview describing their business and converted it into two specific user journey maps. This helped us to comprehend Lilabet's target audience and demographic, which in turn aided us in the website redesign process.
After completing the final round of revisions and obtaining the client's approval, we went live with Lilabet Studios new website.
Our main focus, through the 3 rounds of revisions, consisted of editing the site content based on the feedback we received from the client.

THE FINAL PRODUCT
CONCLUSION
Learned how to manage dynamic pages and gained a better understanding of what SEO's do for companies websites by making them more visible and present to everyone.
Also learned how to outline a project for the client, how to help gather information to build their website around the written content and imagery
