Vortexplore Error Pages
My Roles Illustration | Graphic Design | Animator

THE PROCESS
I began playing with character designs that fitted a Sammy the seal and incorporated different textures throughout the layout to add intrigue to the design. To save on time, I didn't change the positioning of Sammy too much, only his outfit and his surroundings.
It was easy to rearrange the error page layouts to be adaptable for desktop, tablet and mobile. Since all of the elements were on different layers, I played with sizing, element hierarchy, and dead space to leave room for error code text.

I was also tasked to create Sammy the Seal email illustrations to be incorporated into the email layout to add interest to the email layouts. The vector images included blank text boxes for the client to include and standout information.

VORTEXPLORE: POWERPOINT TEMPLATING
Created a custom set of templated for the Vortexplore team to give them a consistent appearance. I created customized shapes and page details to really make the layouts pop, I feel like the small details is what really pulls the presentations together, elevating the presentation to the next level visually. They are ready-to-use and customizable to which ever information they wish to include.

CONCLUSION
This was the first time I had to make a gif and played with a lot of different programs, before getting the desired look by revisiting Adobe After effects.
This was my first time tackling a templating project. I caught on very quickly on how to create master templates and edit each page in a specific ways to include page numbers and repetitive elements.
